I am the vehicle of Spirit and Sanctuary in this world. Throughout my Science of Mind Practitioner and Ministerial training, I learned that God lives within me. The way to connect and commune with Spirit, God, was by shifting my focus within. I turn within to know God. Turning within and paying attention to my heart space, my breathing, my thoughts, and my resultant actions, I “see” the impact of my internal thinking and beliefs upon my current expression of life. From Jack Canfield in his book The Success Principles, I discovered a formula: E + R = O (or event plus response equals outcome). This simple formula really helped me start to see how my life gets influenced by what’s going on inside of me. It helps me to make better choices for myself and others. I am the vehicle that brings forth the Goodness of God in, through, and as my life. What an adventure this thing called Life! Blessed Be.
