This evening, we pulled into Boulder Campground on Carlyle Lake, IL. It’s a wonderful spot created by the Corp of Engineers to help with flooding downstream. We in this country are so blessed to have places like this open and available to all. Feeling grateful, soaking in the peace and quite, and enjoying sighting various song birds. Blessed Be.

Foundational Perspectives
This morning we awoke to still clear weather…only I did not see it that way at first. My mind kept trying to tell me we were encased in fog. We changed campsites yesterday. I kept imagining that I should be seeing the red truck of the campers next to us. All I thought I saw was grey fog. However, what I was seeing was the view of the water from our new space. How often does this happen? I initially perceive a situation one way, only to discover my sight was off base to begin with. It was a good reminder for me to remain present and ground myself in knowing Peace, Love, Joy, Light, and Clarity are my ever present good – and will reveal themselves to me always. And so it is.
Early Morning Visitor
This morning, we had an unusual visitor at our side door, a Muscovy duck. Not only was she there, but she was begging for food, obviously something she had done before. Yes, Dave tossed her some bread. She got me thinking about whether I am willing to claim my good so boldly. I know the Universe is always conspiring for my good. Today, I will take my cue from our visitor and actively claim that good! What about you? Are you ready to say Yes! To your good?
